signing up for meets and jobs instructions

I know we had lots of info flying around tonight. As stated swimtopia is the way you will sign your swimmer up for the meet and for jobs and donations.
You should have created an account when you registered your swimmer. You will use that as you login and under meet/events you will click on schedule. Each swim meet will show up in green when we open for signups and jobs. Once you go to the meet you are looking for and click on the green button you can enter your swimmer into the meet by stating they are attending then select events or not attending. If they are not marked as either one of these, they are assumed as not coming so if they show up the day of a meet they will not be marked for events. As stated tonight coaches have authority to change events as they see fit, or you can talk to coaches after practice about what events might be good.
You will use the jobs button for donations and volunteering. You will save your stuff after you finish doing this and it will show those of us as admins who is attending and volunteering. The mock meet and the first home meet are open. If you have questions or need help please reach out to a coach, Alysha or I (Julie).
