More practice can be added once registration is completed.  Coaches may use their discretion to adjust practice times as needed for each individual swimmer. For example, a younger more advanced swimmer may be ready to practice the full duration of the practice and a new swimmer may practice for a shorter timeframe.  Ages 10 and under practices will focus more on stroke technique and stroke development from coaches, HS swimmers, and guest clinicians.  A great way for beginners to learn and love competitive swimming!!

Our Waves Philosophy...

The Coaching staff of the WIlliamsport Waves believe in the following:

1. Providing a safe, fun, and meaningful  swimming program for our swimmers.

2. Having Fun.

3. Promoting a program that emphasizes learning to swim and fine-tuning current strokes while "fixing" bad habits before they become "bad habit."

4. Coaches sharing their 150+ years of swimming & coaching experience with our swimmers.

5. Improving every swimmer from first-time competitors to PIAA state qualifies to National meet qualifiers.

6. Getting everyone involved and allowing swimmers to choose their individual races for all swim meets.

7. Everyone swims even at invitationals and at Championships!

8. We love new families and make it easy to join and easy to learn everything you'd like ot know about being a swimmer or a swim parent on our swim team.
