Registration Form 2026
Welcome! You are about to register for the 2026 Williamsport Waves Summer Swim Season!
The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your private account, enabling you to easily declare for swim meets, sign up for events, sign-up for jobs, see your swimmer's times and history, maintain your contact information, and more.
If your child can swim unassisted across the pool (25 yards), they are qualified to join the Williamsport Waves.
For new swimmers and swimmers that need a new team suit, please contact Mary Jones at D&J Sports in Lewisburg to purchase a team suit. Mary will have our new team suits in stock after May 15th. It's worth the trip to visit her shop as she is an expert in all things swimming, especially suit fitting. Mary also has a wide selection of swim caps and goggles.
D&J Sports, 234 Market Street, Lewisburg, PA 17837 - 570-523-7946
Team suits are not required; however, red and black suits are preferred for meets. Please note that girls are required to wear a one-piece suit.
See pictures of the team suit on the Home Page.
PRACTICE SCHEDULE:
The swim team season tentatively begins on Monday, June 8th, with weekday practices and seven regular-season swim meets. The season concludes with a Championship Meet on Saturday, 7/25/26. Championships is the meet where we score the most points for the season, so we hope everyone can be there.
We will hold a swim test night for any NEW SWIMMERS on June 1st at the Williamsport High School Pool.
Our first day of practice will be Monday, June 8th, at 10 am.
Practices are at Memorial Pool/Splash Cove Monday-Friday.
Evening practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays:
Ages 10 and under will practice 6:00-6:30 pm
Ages 11 and over will practice 6:00-7:15 pm
Morning practices on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Ages 10 and under will practice 11:00-11:30 am
Ages 11 and over will practice 10:00-11:00 am
*The above guidelines are approximate. Practice times are based on age and skill level. It is the coaches' discretion to adjust practice times as needed for each swimmer. For example, a younger, more advanced swimmer may be ready to practice the full duration of the practice, and an older, new swimmer may practice for a shorter timeframe. Ages 10 and under practices will focus more on stroke technique and stroke development from coaches, high school swimmers, and guest clinicians. A great way for beginners to learn and love competitive swimming!!
PARENT TIME & TALENT REQUIREMENTS:
Parents are expected to volunteer to help make our summer swim team successful. Parent/guardians will help during swim meets as timers, officials, scorers, runners, concession, setup, or tear down. It truly takes a village to run a swim team!
COMMITTEES WILL BE FORMED AT THE JUNE PARENT MEETING at the first PM practice on June 11th at 6 pm.
Sign in to your SwimTopia account to continue.
You will be able to create an account if you don't have one yet.
